Douglas Smith-Petersen has been with Fiduciary Trust since 1973. He became Chief Operating Officer in 2000 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002.

Mr. Smith-Petersen holds a B.A. from Baldwin-Wallace College, an M.B.A. from Boston University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is an Overseer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston and a Trustee of The Ludcke Foundation.

Grenville Anderson has been with Fiduciary Trust since 1998. Prior to joining Fiduciary, he was Vice President in the Investment Division of Adams Harkness and Hill from 1992 to 1998. His experience also includes serving as Vice President and Director of Marketing at Cunningham, Henderson and Papin from 1987 to 1991.

Mr. Anderson holds an A.B. from Harvard College. He is Trustee and Treasurer of the William P. Anderson Foundation.

Julie Barron joined Fiduciary Trust in 2012. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Ms. Barron was a Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman from 2010 to 2012 and a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank from 2006 to 2010 providing specialty wealth advisory services to ultra-high net worth individuals and families in New England. Her experience also includes serving as Division Executive of Private Banking, Director of Strategy and a Middle Market Team Leader for the Corporate Bank at RBS Citizens from 1989 to 2006.

Ms. Barron holds a B.A. from Boston College. She is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and is on the Board of Mentors of Community Servings.

Thanda Fields Brassard joined Fiduciary Trust in 2006. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Ms. Brassard was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in the Private Client Group from 2003 to 2006, an Associate at Hill & Barlow, P.C., in the Trust and Estates Department from 1998 to 2003, and a Law Clerk to Magistrate Judge Zachary R. Karol, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts from 1997 to 1998.

Ms. Brassard earned her B.A. from Boston College and her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She is President of the Frederick E. Weber Charities Corporation, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.

Douglas Burden joined Fiduciary Trust in 1997. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, he was a member of the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team from 1988 to 1996 and was employed by the Student Loan Marketing Association from 1991 to 1993.

Mr. Burden holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from IESE in Barcelona, Spain. He serves on the Parish Board and Investment Committee of the First Church in Belmont, Massachusetts and coaches youth soccer in Arlington, Massachusetts. He is a past President of the Business Associates Club.

Jill Cabitt has been with Fiduciary Trust since 1992. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Ms. Cabitt was an Associate with Friedman & Atherton from 1989 to 1992. She also held positions at Arthur Young & Company from 1987 to 1989 and Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company from 1986 to 1987.

Ms. Cabitt holds a B.S. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the American Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bankers Association Trust Administration and Counsel Committee, and the Suffolk University Estate Planning Council.

Susanne E. Coyne joined Fiduciary Trust Company in 2007. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Ms. Coyne was Vice President at Mellon Financial from 2000 to 2007 and Investment Officer at Bank of Boston from 1990 to 2000. While at both organizations, she worked with high net worth individuals and families, specializing in investment management and trust administration. She also managed accounts for foundations and endowments.

Tad DeMarco joined Fiduciary Trust in 1996. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Mr. DeMarco was a Vice President at Eaton Vance Management from 1989 to 1996. He has also held positions as President of Norman L. Barnett & Company from 1987 to 1989 and Vice President at David L. Babson & Co. from 1979 to 1987.

Mr. DeMarco holds a B.S. from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Babson College. He is a member and former Director of the Boston Chapter of the American Association of Individual Investors, Council member of the Massachusetts Audubon Society, Overseer of Newton Wellesley Hospital, Vice President of the Corporation for the Massachusetts Congregational Fund and a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Jennifer DeSisto joined Fiduciary Trust in 2011. Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Ms. DeSisto was a Portfolio Manager at Batterymarch Financial Management from 2005 to 2011, managing global equity and long/short portfolios. From 1998 to 2003, Ms. DeSisto worked on corporate debt transactions for Fleet National Bank and Bank of Boston.

Ms. DeSisto holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Christopher Doyle joined Fiduciary Trust Company in May 2008. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Mr. Doyle was Vice President and Director of Client Management at State Street Corporation’s Wealth Manager Services from 2006 to 2008. Before that, he served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Mellon Private Wealth Management, focusing on their family office services client support, from 1999 to 2006. In addition, Mr. Doyle held positions in the securities lending and mutual fund services areas at State Street Corporation from 1996 to 1999.

Mr. Doyle holds a B.A. from Boston University and is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College and Boston University's Program for Financial Planners. He is a member of the Financial Planners Association, Boston Athenaeum and the Worcester Academy Board of Visitors.

Ms. Drake holds a B.A. from Framingham State College, an M.B.A. from Babson College, and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and the CFA Institute. She is also on the Board of Directors of Close to Home and serves as Board member and Treasurer of the Needham Touchdown Club.

Robert Holdway joined Fiduciary Trust in 1995. Previously he was an Associate and Partner at Palmer & Dodge from 1983 to 1995, a Law Clerk to Hon. Hugh H. Bownes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, from 1982 to 1983, and was a CPA with Price Waterhouse from 1975 to 1979.

Mr. Holdway holds an A.B. from Rutgers College, an M.S. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Boston Estate Planning Council, and serves as a Trustee for the Judge Baker Children's Center.

Robert Karelitz has been with Fiduciary Trust since 1973.

Mr. Karelitz holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is a Director of Royal Street Corporation; Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Non-Tax Issues Affecting the Planning and Administration of Estates and Trusts; and a member of the ABA Special Committee on In-House Counsel, the Trust Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Bankers Association, the National Conference of Lawyers and Corporate Fiduciaries, and the Trust Counsel Committee and the Trust Taxation Committee of the American Bankers Association. Prior to joining Fiduciary, Mr. Kinard was with JP Morgan from 1989 to 2005, most recently as Vice President, serving the firm's high net worth individuals and families in Boston. Other experience includes positions with Salomon Brothers from 1987 to 1989 and City Federal Savings from 1983 to 1986.

Mr. Kinard holds a B.S.E. in Geological Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. At the Perkins School for the Blind, he is a Trustee, Chair of the Investment Committee, and Assistant Treasurer. He is also a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and a former Overseer of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.

Ms. King is the immediate past-President of the Board of Trustees of Glen Urquhart School in Beverly Farms, Massachusetts, where she continues to serve on its Executive Committee.

She also served as a Vice President and Premier Client Manager from 2004 to 2010 for Bank of America. In addition, Ms. Ko held various positions in investment and banking services with Fleet National Bank and Quick & Reilly from 2000 to 2004.

Ms. Ko holds a B.S. in General Business Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston and an M.B.A. with dual specialization in Corporate Renewal and Marketing from Northeastern University. Ms. Ko resides on the Board of Advisors for the Asian American Civic Association and is a member of the Professional Advisor Network for The Boston Foundation.
