Karol, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts from 1997 to 1998.
Ms. Brassard earned her B.A. from Boston College and her J.D. from Boston College Law School. She is on the Board of Trustees for the Frederick E. Weber Charities Corporation, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.

In addition, Mr. Doyle held positions in the securities lending and mutual fund services areas at State Street Corporation from 1996 to 1999.
