Focus Area
Ashley Kersey serves as legal counsel for Fiduciary Trust Company, where she works on legal, regulatory, investment, marketing, tax, and corporate governance matters. Her duties include assisting with legal matters for Fiduciary Trust of New England, our New Hampshire affiliate, and serves as Chair for Fiduciary Trust Company’s DEI Committee.
Experience
Prior to joining Fiduciary, Ashley was an associate in the Boston office of Holland & Knight LLP. At Holland & Knight, she worked on real estate finance and loan restructuring transactions. Ashley’s matters focused on representing institutional lenders locally and nationally as well as closing construction loans in the New York City metropolitan area that required the coordination of multiple levels of financing combined with tax credit proceeds and subsidy funds from various city, state and federal agencies. Ashley began her legal career at Paul Hastings LLP in its Global Finance Group with a focus on commercial and corporate finance, asset-based lending, restructurings, and other lending transactions.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys traveling, kayaking, and reading historical novels.
