Focus Areas

Aimee works closely with Fiduciary’s investment officers and outside legal counsel to advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer and charitable giving strategies, estate settlement, and the administration of family trusts.

Experience

Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust Company, Aimee was a partner in the Private Client Group at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, where she began her legal career in 2011. Aimee’s practice consisted of providing sophisticated and comprehensive estate planning services for high net worth families, serving as a professional trustee for clients’ trusts, negotiating prenuptial agreements, and representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in all aspects of estate and trust administration. As a member of the Nonprofit and Social Impact practice group, Aimee also advised donors and family foundations on gifting strategies and grant-making, as well as charitable organizations on formation and tax compliance.

In 2021, Boston Magazine named Aimee as a Top Lawyer in its inaugural list of the best lawyers in the region as chosen by their peers. In 2023, Aimee was recognized as an In-House Leader in the Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Personal

Aimee lives in Needham with her husband and two young children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, cooking and baking, and taking day trips around New England with her family.
