Anne Trinque Joins Fiduciary Trust as General Counsel

BOSTONJune 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Fiduciary Trust Company today announced the appointment of Anne K. Trinque as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Trinque succeeds Robert N. Karelitz, who retired at the end of March after 41 years with the company. Ms. Trinque will also serve as General Counsel of Fiduciary Company Incorporated, Fiduciary’s parent company, and will be a Director of Fiduciary Trust Company of New England, its New Hampshire affiliate.

She will report directly to Austin V. Shapard, Fiduciary’s President & CEO, and will be responsible for managing the Company’s corporate legal affairs and compliance obligations.

Ms. Trinque joins Fiduciary Trust from Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC, a Boston-based investment management firm, where she served as Legal Counsel for more than eight years. She began her legal career with Goodwin Procter, where she was a member of its Financial Services Group.
