Hans F. Olsen, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
Hans Olsen is responsible for the direction of Fiduciary Trust’s multi-asset class investment philosophy, which includes: investment strategy, strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager due diligence and selection.
Before arriving at Fiduciary Trust, Hans was Global Head of Investment Strategy and Asset Allocation for the wealth management unit of Stifel Nicolaus and CIO of its Delaware Trust Company. He also served in these roles at Barclays, before Stifel’s acquisition of Barclays’ U.S. wealth management business. Previously, he was CIO for J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Wealth Management business and CIO of Bingham Legg Advisers.
Hans earned a BA in Economics from Bates College and is a CFA® charterholder. He is a board member of Waban Projects Inc. and an investment committee member of Massachusetts Council of Churches.
Patrick Donlon, CFA, CFP
Head of Quantitative Research
Patrick serves as Head of Quantitative Research, charged with monitoring economic variables to ensure client portfolios are well-equipped to respond to, and take advantage of, major macroeconomic events. He also covers public equities where his responsibilities include assessing ESG exposures and monitoring controversies.
Prior to joining Fiduciary in 2015, Pat worked at Fidelity Investments in the Workplace Investing segment where he designed fund lineups for 401k plans. Before that, he worked in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley, focusing on portfolio construction.
Pat earned a BA in Finance from Boston College. He is a CFA® charterholder, CAIA charterholder, and holds the CFP® certification.
Portfolio Solutions Analyst
Sean Donovan is responsible for translating and implementing our investment strategy in client portfolios. He works with the investment department to align client portfolios with stated asset allocation targets based on client preferences and needs. He also contributes to manager research for the firm.
Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, Sean worked as an Associate Wealth Manager at BNY Mellon monitoring high-net-worth client portfolios and providing investment commentary for clients and wealth managers. At BNY Mellon, Sean was also a part of a working group to help move forward the company’s ESG initiatives. Before BNY Mellon, Sean spent 3 years at UBS Private Wealth Management working in all aspects of client service.
Sean earned a BS in Finance from Providence College.
Portfolio Solutions Analyst
James is responsible for translating and implementing Fiduciary’s investment strategy in client portfolios. He previously worked within the securities department overseeing corporate actions.
Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust, James held various internships at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Private Banking & Investment Group division.
James received his B.S. from Providence College with a focus in Finance and Mathematics.
Portfolio Solutions Analyst
Brook serves as a portfolio solutions analyst and is responsible for constructing and implementing client portfolios by partnering with Fiduciary’s investment officers.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Registered Associate at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for building resilient client portfolios and trade on behalf of clients. He has also worked at BlackRock as a Specialist responsible for educating financial advisors about the firm’s funds such as ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Closed – End Funds.
Brook obtained an undergraduate degree from University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Masters from Boston University.
Head of Portfolio Solutions
Claire leads Fiduciary Trust’s Portfolio Solutions team, which is responsible for constructing and implementing customized client investment portfolios in partnership with Fiduciary Trust’s Investment Officers.
Before joining Fiduciary, she was the Senior Investment Strategist and Manager at E*Trade Financial, responsible for oversight of the firm’s recommend lists and Unified Managed Account program. Her previous experience includes roles at AllianceBernstein as an Assistant Vice President of Global Product Research, Hightower Advisors as an Associate Wealth Manager/Senior Analyst, and Morgan Stanley as a Consulting Group Analyst in the Global Wealth Management business.
Claire is a graduate of Middlebury College with a BA in economics and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst Level II candidate.
Justin is responsible for all Fiduciary’s Equity and Fixed Income trading. Justin uses both qualitative and quantitative factors to determine systematic approach for obtaining best execution when trading client’s assets.
Prior to joining Fiduciary, Justin interned for a wealth manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he helped build and maintain client portfolios.
Justin earned his BA in Financial Economics at Emmanuel College.
Portfolio Solutions Research Analyst
Devon is a member of the Portfolio Solutions team, where he focuses on portfolio construction and broad risk analytics across client accounts, ensuring that each account has an investment mix that aligns with its stated investment objective.
Prior to joining Fiduciary, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in their Fund Accounting department, specializing in the pricing of complex securities.
Devon earned an MBA and MS in Finance from Boston College, and undergraduate degrees in both Finance and French from the University of Rhode Island. Devon is currently a CFA level II candidate.
Harison S. Sidhu, CFA
Manager Research and Due Diligence
Harison evaluates managers and funds used to construct client investment portfolios. His advice extends across asset classes and implementation types including passive, active, and private vehicles.
Harison previously worked as an investment consultant for BlackRock, working with sophisticated clients to help them build portfolios that reflected intended market exposures and performed due diligence on active funds. Before that, Harison was a portfolio manager at Choate Investment Advisors, focusing on asset allocation and manager and vehicle selection research. His research responsibilities also include ESG-related investments, where he has helped develop portfolios that better reflect these themes.
Harison earned a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Babson College. He is a CFA® charterholder, and holds the FRM designation. He is a member of the Babson College Cutler Center Advisory Board.
Andrew J. Walker, CFP
Portfolio Solutions Analyst
Andrew collaborates with Fiduciary’s Investment Officers to implement the firm’s investment strategy in client portfolios.
Prior to this role, Andrew was a member of Fiduciary’s Custody Department, supporting advisors and family offices in a client service capacity, before transitioning to Portfolio Solutions in 2018. He began his career in a client service role with State Street Wealth Manager Services.
Andrew received his BS in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He has earned the CFP® certification and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. Andrew is a Director of the Wiegand Memorial Foundation Inc., a former writing mentor for Citizen Schools, and a member of Community Boating Inc.
Peyton is responsible for the research and analysis of various investment vehicles at Fiduciary. The majority of Peyton’s time is dedicated to the analysis and valuation of equities; however, he also provides research and support to members of the investment team and investment officers on individual projects. Peyton’s responsibilities include reporting on model portfolio performance and attribution, external funds’ performance, factsheets, quarterly updates, equity research and valuation, and presentations for internal investment briefings.
Prior to joining Fiduciary, Peyton worked as an associate in the operations department at Dynasty Financial Partners, responsible for the onboarding of new accounts within the advisor network. Peyton also previously interned for the investment team at Fiduciary where he conducted research on equities and the economic landscape.
Peyton earned his BA in Economics at Bates College.
