Focus Area

Jill advises colleagues on trust and estate administration matters, the formation and administration of private trust companies and the benefits of New Hampshire’s trust laws as well as collaborates with investment advisors and outside estate planning attorneys.

Experience

Jill has extensive trust and estates legal expertise from her private-practice attorney roles as well as her advanced legal education which includes an LLM in taxation. She is also active in the professional community and a frequent speaker and author on estate planning topics. Jill’s legal experience before joining Fiduciary includes serving as an attorney in the Private Wealth Services practice group at Holland & Knight LLP (previously, Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP) as well as an attorney at Dodson Parker Behm & Capparella, PC.

Personal

Outside of work, Jill enjoys recreational running, hiking with her family, and participating in local park maintenance and beautification projects. Jill lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, daughter and three dogs, all of whom are in the process of relocating to New England.
