Manning Joins as Head of Human Resources

BOSTON — January 1, 2019 — Fiduciary Trust Company, a wealth management firm serving individuals, nonprofits, and financial advisors, has
expanded its leadership team with the addition of Kristen Manning as the firm’s new Head of Human Resources. Manning will be responsible for
Fiduciary Trust’s human resources activities, with an emphasis on talent management and development.

Manning joins Fiduciary Trust from Arrowstreet Capital, an institutional investment management firm, where she served as Head of Human Resources. Prior to Arrowstreet, she spent 14 years at GMO as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner. Manning also held roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, State Street Research & Management, and Smith Barney.

Manning earned her undergraduate degree in economics from Providence College and her master’s degree in human resources from Suffolk University.
