BOSTON – June 24, 2022 – Fiduciary Trust is pleased to announce that COO Rob Jeffers was recognized in a list of the Top 100 COOs of 2022 by conference organizer OnCon.

Jeffers joined Fiduciary Trust in 2017 and is responsible for the oversight and direction of the operations, technology and tax services of the company. His goals include ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining a risk-controlled environment.

Award winners were selected based on votes from those familiar with the COOs and their contributions. According to OnCon, voters choose COOs whom they felt demonstrated a good mix of success and positive impact on their organization, made strong contributions to the COO community through thought leadership, and who have demonstrated great innovation.

Prior to joining FTC, Jeffers was head of wealth custody services at State Street Bank & Trust, and previously held senior roles during a 17-year tenure at Deutsche Bank. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

The 2022 list was OnCon’s inaugural ranking of COOs. The full list can be viewed here:
