Mullaney Elected as a Fellow to ACTEC

Fiduciary Trust Company is pleased to announce that its Chief Fiduciary Officer, Stacy K. Mullaney, Esq., has been elected as a Fellow to The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). This national organization is comprised of approximately 2,500 lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence, and experience as trust and estate counselors.

At Fiduciary Trust, Mullaney is responsible for ensuring the firm achieves the highest fiduciary standards while applying her legal expertise and tax planning and estate administration capabilities to implement client objectives. Over the years, she has helped numerous clients achieve goals for themselves and their families through careful application of various trust and estate planning approaches. She has also cultivated close, long-term relationships with many clients.

Mullaney’s influence extends beyond Fiduciary Trust as she is a leader in the broader legal industry as well as in the community. She is the past co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Trusts & Estates Section, serves on the Trust Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Bankers Association, and is a member of the Boston and American Bar Associations as well as the Boston Estate Planning Council. In addition, she is a member of the Boston Club and on the Development Committee for the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. Mullaney was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as a 2018 In-House Leader in the Law. She earned a JD at Stanford Law School and a BA in Economics at Simmons College.
