Thanda focuses on advising individuals and families on their estate and tax planning matters, and also has significant experience in estate settlement and trust administration. Her experience also includes estate planning for non-traditional families. Thanda is the General Counsel of FTC’s New Hampshire affiliate, Fiduciary Trust Company of New England and has deep expertise in New Hampshire trust laws. Furthermore, she serves as Chair of its Trust Committee and is a member of its Board.
Thanda joined Fiduciary Trust Company in 2006. Prior to joining Fiduciary, she was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in the Private Client Group, an Associate at Hill & Barlow, P.C. in the Trust and Estates Department, and a Law Clerk to Magistrate Judge Zachary R. Karol, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
